6 weeks

how fast time flies. I cant believe she is six weeks old. she is so big. she can now hold her head up all by herself.

A Happy Birthday

Tom &Tori turned 10 on saturday and we went up millcreek canyon to celebrate. we cooked hot dogs and smores. played games and laughed really hard. Sophie really liked it up there our picnic site was right next to the river. she loves to be outside.

5 1/2 weeks

we cant believe how big she is getting. she is so fun and she changes everyday. she has started to really smile at us. its so fun to see. she also loves her pluggy!!!

sophie went to her first softball game last night. corey and my dad played for the company team. it was a beautiful night a little too windy though so we saw it from the car. my dad probably broke his ribs when he collided with the catcher. corey had the best hitting stat. and they won!

Happy One Month Sophie!

sophie celebrated her one month birthday at her Aunt Autumns house. her cousin Camry invited her to a High School Musical party. we had lots of fun even though she slept most of the time

i went over to there yesterday because our power went out. she was awake most of the time then finally fell asleep. she looked so cute i had to take some pictures.

Sophies first big girl bath

we gave sophie a bath in the bath tub and she seemed to like it ok, but when she got out she was freezing. so we are still bathing in the sink. when she is a little bigger we will try the bath tub again.

BIG NEWS!

Sophie has a belly button! her cord stump has fallen off! we discovered this good news at her 3:00 am diaper change. i know you are all jealous wishing you could be up in the middle of the night too! I took this picture this morning. it still has a little scab, but tonight she is going to have a real bath! yea! we are so excited!!

my mom took these pictures of sophie last week. sophie was such a good girl. she was awake the whole time. she is getting so big. her last appointment she weighed 7 lbs 2 ounces. yes she loves to eat!!!!

she is finally here. Sophie Rae Halliday born July 17, 2007. 5 lbs 13 ounces. we love her so much!!
