Piggy Tails

Is my Baby really big enough to have piggy tails?.....
Sophie's hair has gotten so long. She looked so cute and so big. She was really good while I was doing it. We went and ate dinner at my families house that night, they were all dying at how cute she was. Corey thought she looked like the little girl on Monsters Inc.

Slumber Party

Camry and Tori came to our house Friday night for a sleepover. They have so much fun together. Corey, Sophie and the Girls ate popcorn and watched Hannah Montana and Camp Rock. he was such a good sport! I had a nasty cold the next day so Corey woke up and made the Girls waffles. They spent the rest of the day on the computer creating their very own Disney Fairies, and playing with their American Girl Dolls.

Thanksgiving

This year we had the Hallidays over to our house for dinner at 1:00.
The food was so good. I made yams (for the first time), mashed potatoes and gravy and pretzel jello. It was a little squishy but fun! Sophie and Maddie played together. Sophie loves Maddie way more than Maddie wants her to! She even said Maddie's name. It was very cute! The boys ended by playing a game of poker. We went to my Grandma Sharps at 6:30. Everyone was there except one of my Dads brothers. It was fun to see everyone. Grandma Webb was also invited, I was happy to be able to see her. We all sit at one long table and pass the food down. I love it. Sophie was sick and all she wanted to do was play in the play room and I didn't feel very good either so we didn't stay for dessert. It was a good day, Thank you everyone for the good food. I love you all!

Twilight Premiere

We went to a Twilight Premiere party at the Gateway for the 12:00 showing. It was a lot of fun! We ate dinner at Chili's and then went to the theater. Everyone got vampire teeth, lets just say its a good thing I am not a vampire! At 11:30 they did a drawing for some fun twilight prizes, I WON!! I was so exited. I got a key chain, a book mark and a pin. The movie was interesting, but overall I like it. I thought all the characters fit their parts, I loved the baseball scene, and over all everything else was good. I did feel like the movie was rushed a bit and I wasnt too happy with the added scenes. I didn't see the purpose in changing it. I wish they would have stuck a little bit closer to the book. That being said, I really did enjoy it and I want to see it again. I cant wait for the next one! Thanks girls for the fun night!

16 Months

My little Stinker is 16 months.
I don't know where time is going. She is the funniest little girl I have ever met. She is way too smart for me already! Here are some things Sophie likes to do:
She loves to watch Mickey shows. It doesn't matter what kind. We bought her a Mickey Christmas movie, she has to watch it at least once a day. She got a Mickey stuffed animal in Disneyland that she carries around everywhere. Today she was sitting on the stairs with Minnie and Mickey watching her movie. She also loves Nemo, Bugs Life and Toy Story. Her vocabulary has expanded immensely, she says over 20 words now. Some you have to hear a few times to realize what they are. Her most recent are "Hello" its not just Hi anymore. More, Bubbles, Mickey, Minnie, Blanky, Movie, Mommy, Daddy, Cheese, Dog, and Drink. She has started calling her plug a "Gugkkk" in a very German sounding voice. It is very funny. She loves to sing, dance and laugh. She runs every where she goes. She loves to sit on the floor and read books. She can quote a few parts of Finding Nemo in her baby gibberish, complete with a scream at the part when Nemo is taken away and the Ah Hu Wah He Ah Ho Ho Ho song. She still loves to play outside even when it is freezing. She has become very fascinated with bubbles, she loves to play in the tub because when she splashes she makes bubbles. She also calls soda "bubbles", because she can feel the bubbly fizz in her throat. She loves macaroni and cheese and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with cheetos. She has learned how to do a somersault and every time she flips over she says whee. Church is still pretty silly! We are in the hall pretty much the entire time. I am looking forward to seeing her around the Christmas Tree, I have a feeling it is going to be an adventure. Whenever she sees a Santa Claus she says "Ho Ho Ho". She loves to wrap her arms around your neck to give you a hug. I am pretty sure there is no better feeling in the world. Today I was holding her, she grabbed my face in between her hands and kissed me on the mouth. Then she gave me a hug. It was so cute I started to cry. I am having the time of my life watching her learn and grow! She is so much fun. I love you sis!
