Sophie's Spring Sing...

I am so proud of my little girl. She is learning so much at school. Tonight they had their spring sing. They had lots of really cute songs to sing. She sang her little heart out, and only got embarrassed once. I love the school she is at. Her teachers are so great. Good job sweet girl!

Happy Birthday Hubby...

We had a really good day. We woke up and I made biscuits and gravy. Then,we went to play mini golf at Mulligans. The babes Loved it. Especially the little man. Daddy hit some baseballs, then we went to The Gateway for Sushi and a movie. Daddy bought Dawson a tee ball and bat at Dick's. We watched the Three Stooges. I was surprised the babes liked it. They watched the whole movie and laughed the whole time. We came home and hit baseballs in the back. Dawson kept trying to poke out soph's eye. Guess we should have watched a different movie. We gave Daddy his presents and hung out the rest of the night! Happy Birthday my Love! I am so grateful you were born and are in my life!

Forts...

We are really into making forts at our house lately! 

Easter Clothes...

We spent Easter Sunday aboard the Carnival Splendor, therefore we didn't have much of an Easter. I gave the babes their Easter clothes today and we wore them to church. They looked so cute!

Home again, Home again...

We grabbed all of our things and were in the line to get off at 7:00 am. The debarkation went a lot better than I thought it was going to. I was so sad to leave the ship but, it was good to see our car again. We have a long drive ahead of us. It went smoothly with only a few stops. We arrived home around 8:00 pm. It was nice to sleep in our own bed, on solid ground. I am so sad that our trip to Mexico is over. We had the best time. I think I am sold on the cruising experience, and want to book another one soon! Thank you Grandma and Grandpa for another wonderful, memorable trip. We are so blessed ~ 

Last Day at Sea...

The boat was swaying SO bad today. No one was laying out because it was so cold and windy. They had to empty all of the pool because it was like a tidal pool. There was water all over the deck. Soph and the girls spent some of the day at Camp and the other part playing in the rooms. Cor and I fell victim to the swaying and had to take a nap while Daws played the IPad. We went to a couples challenge after lunch and some 80's trivia. The staff spent the day cleaning up after people who got sick on the floor. Glad I was not one of them! In the afternoon Soph and the girls went to a farewell party at Camp Carnival. I started to get our things packed up. I am so sad our fun vacation is over. We went to dinner and said goodbye to Peter. He was so great the whole week. By the end of our trip he would just bring us things he knew we would order. We took the kids back to Camp for a minute to say goodbye to their counselor. I don't remember her name, but she was fantastic and loved the girls. We got the babes to be and left them with Grandma while we went to the Comedy club one more time. Then it was off to bed. We are planning on being one of the first people off the ship in the morning, that means we will have to be up super early.
