New Years Eve...

I can hardly believe this year is over. It has been a fabulous one! New years was one of those holidays that I never really loved. Then we started doing a party. We have a blast now. We played minute to win it games, laughed our heads off and ate delicious food. We are looking forward to 2013. I always love the feel of a new year. We are looking forward to our Disney trip in a few days!!

Christmas...

It's finally here. Cor and I were up every hour from about 4:00 on waiting for the babes to wake up any second. We finally had to wake Sophie up at 7:30. Then we waited for Dawson to wake up. Once they both realized what day it was there was no stopping from there. We ran in, Soph started tearing into hers a fast as she could. Daws took a more low key approach and handed me every little piece of paper. They got some really fun things. We spent a few minutes playing, then it was off to Papa's and Gram's for more presents and breakfast. After the morning festivities we came home and relaxed. The babes played with their toys while we napped. That night we went to Grandma's and Grandpa's house. We ate dinner, got more gifts and played games. We came home happy and exhausted. I feel so very blessed. What a great time of year. 

Christmas Eve...

Christmas Eve is finally here! We are so excited. We let the babes open a present this morning. Then we went down to Grandma and Grandpa's. We were home and ready for Grandma Sharps party. Sadly she is still in the hopital not feeling well. We had the party anyway. It was lots of fun. The annual pajama parade took place, along with the throwing of the wrapping paper balls. When we got home the babes opened their books and slippers. We read the nativity story and their new books, put out cookies and milk, then it was off to bed.
