Thriller 2008

We started this fun tradition last year.
I must say it is one of the highlights of the Fall season.
We have so much fun!
Last night we went to dinner at the Dodo,
went to the show then went and got dessert at Chili's.
It was a blast girls! I love you all! I cant wait until next year!!
...as a side note while we were taking the picture above one of the scary dancers came up behind us and growled in my ear, taken off guard I screamed pretty loud and gave everyone around us a good laugh!

A Girl Named Sophie

Sophie is a very silly little girl. She loves Dogs and says Hi-O to everyone she sees.
She has also started to say bye bye and Doggy.
Lets not forget "Dat Dat Dat"
My little sweetie has been getting her molars.
Her naps are almost non existent.
Saturday, she was just too darn tired.
She fell asleep right on her lunchable while she was eating lunch.
Doesn't that picture break your heart and make you laugh at the same time.
I didn't know such a feeling was possible until she came into my life.
She is also a girl after my own heart. A non-lover of the sock.
This is the pile of socks that has inhabited our car floor.
I don't even put socks on her anymore when we leave.
I have some in her bag and put them on when we arrive somewhere.
Ballet Shoes.
The other day at the grocery store she insisted on walking next to me.
As I am trying to push the cart and hold her hand as she is running down the isle,
a cute old couple stops us and asks me if she had just learned how to walk. I told them that she has been walking for a while. The little man said she was walking on her tippy toes that is why they were wondering. As we were walking away he said to his wife, " that little girl is going to be a ballerina."

Love for the "Pluggy"

Love this picture of my chubby pluggy girl. 2007
I feel so lucky that Sophie loves her plugs. They are a lifesaver in many situations.
Lately she has been rotating her plug counter clockwise, 180 degrees.
She will reach up and flip it, put her arm down and a few minutes later she will flip it back.
It is so funny. She mostly does it when she is tired or when she is watching a movie.
She even does when she is asleep.
Last night she had two, one in her mouth and one in her hand. While she was sound asleep she would trade them back and forth. I wonder if they taste different or something.
