Yay! The day finally arrived! Sophie woke up with an ear to ear grin. I woke up early and got everything set up. I am so happy with how all of the decorations turned out. She got to open a few presents before her party. We gave her a Rapunzel dress with shoes and a tiara. Her friends arrived at 11:30, we started off with some finger painting. The kids loved it and made some really cute pictures. Then it was time for pin the frying pan on Flynn. We ate lunch, per soph's request we had hot dogs, grapes, chips, carrots and ranch and blue jello with orange boats! When lunch was over the kids colored faces on their pascal party blowers and played duck duck goose. Then it was time for presents! Soph had been waiting weeks for this moment. She got really great things and was so excited! We sang to her and ate cupcakes. Then all of the little girls were off to play!

N is for Night games...
Alphabet summer has been slow this year, but tonight we all played night games. It was so funny. We played capture the flag. Some of the neighborhood kids joined in on the fun. Sophie thought it was so much fun!

Happy 4th...
We had a really fun fourth. We woke up and went over to the park. Corey and the kids got there breakfast and went to watch the parade while I helped get some last minute things set up. I met them at the parade and got to see a little bit of it. My Aunt Debbie pushed my Grandma in her wheelchair. She thought it was so fun and said she got a lot of cheers. After I saw her I went back over to the midway. We were in charge of the food this year. We spent the rest of the morning and afternoon taking orders and making about 500 sno cones. Jessica was in charge of the cotton candy machine and was completely covered in sugar at the end of the day. It was a great turn out, and I think we were able to raise a lot of money. Corey took the kids to play some of the games. They loved it. Soph got her face painted and won some prizes. After lunch Cor took Daws home for a nap and Soph stayed with us while we cleaned everything up. We didn't get done taking everything down until 5:30. Cor and Jer went golfing, my dad and tom took a rest and Sam went to a BBQ. My Mom, Tori, Jess and the kids and I went to Red Lobster for dinner. We met everyone at Sugarhouse park and watched the fireworks. We were all totally exhausted when we got home. Next year is going to be crazy, my Mom was made the president of the Lions Club and I volunteered to be in charge of the whole parade....
