The Goon...

Auntie Jess got discount tickets to Lagoon through her work and invited us all to tag along. Sophie has been so excited all week. We were pleasantly surprised by the sunny weather. We got there and rode some rides then went and ate lunch. After lunch, We took the kids on some more rides while the older kids went to ride roller coasters. Dawson wanted to ride on this little spaceship ride but Soph didn't. Luckily one of Cor's old friends was in line with his son. We put them on together. Daws had a blast. He smiled and held onto the steering wheel the whole ride. We took Soph on the new roller coaster, Bombora. She loved it, so we went on it a few times. She is a little dare devil. Puff the magic dragon and the swings were next. I was so sick after the swings. We meet up with everyone ate a pretzel and were off to fly. Dad, Mom and Tori were up first. I thought Tor was going to cry or pee her pants. Jess, Jer and Sam were next. Soph and Daws fell asleep while we waited. Just as they finished it started to sprinkle. We decided to ride the rocket and then leave to eat dinner. As we we waited in line the rain became heavier and heavier. By the time we got on the ride we were completely soaked. That is not a fun ride to go on when it is pouring rain. We all ran for the cars. By the time we got everything loaded my feet were swimming in my shoes. It pretty much looked like we had just jumped into a swimming pool. We ate dinner at Chilis in centerville. Soph wasn't feeling good on the way home and fell asleep right after she got out of the bath. We had a really fun day!
