Today was a good day! I woke up to two sleeping babes and the smell of bacon and pancakes. It has become an anniversary tradition, Corey always makes me breakfast in bed. We took the babes to the zoo for the afternoon. I love having a pass, we have been able to spent a lot of time there. After the zoo, we took the babes to grammy and papas. Off we went on our very first date! Or so it seemed, it has been such a long time since we have been anywhere by ourselves. We ate dinner at the Happy Sumo. YUM is all I have to say. I haven't had good sushi forever. We also ate some deep fried cheese cake! It was so tasty. We rushed back to get the babes so we could go see Toy Story 3. We got free tickets with my family, unfortunately in was in 3D. We don't do very well with 3D. 2 minutes into the previews I was feeling sick and Corey got a headache. We grabbed the Princess and the Chubby Man and drove as fast as we could legally go to another theater. The movie was starting at 7:55. We got there at 8:00. The line to buy tickets was HUGE. The credit card machine was down so they were only taking cash. We found an ATM, got our tickets and sat down the second the movie started. It was the cutest movie. We all loved it. Sophie sat on her chair the whole movie. Dawson watched about 20 minutes or so and then fell asleep. The traditional theme this year was Candy/sweets. Corey gave me a trip to New York. Maybe because its the big apple? I am so excited! We are going by ourselves next March. I did candy for his 5 senses, some included a CD a gift card for a massage, etc. It was fun as we reminisced about the past 6 years, our wedding day and honeymoon. We marveled at how fast time has gone and talked about what we think the next 6 years will hold. I love you so much my sweets! I couldn't wish for a happier life!

M is for...
Movie night and Molcasalsa. We were going to do Movie night and Margaritas but we were hungry, so we decided to eat Mexican instead! I love Molcasalsa. The food is so yummy! We got some treats at Maverick, then came back to our house and watched The count of Monte Cristo. It is such a good movie. Sophie had fun doing a couple of her favorite things, eating popcorn and watching a movie. It was fun to relax after being at the pool all day!

Orem pool...
Field trip Friday was at the Orem pool this week. We stopped at Wendy's for lunch and then headed to the pool. We found a nice spot under an umbrella. Auntie Laura had one too. It was nice to have some shade for the little ones. The big kids were off the minute we got there. Grandma Linda took Sophie and Maddie to the shallow part. A few minutes later Sophie came back crying. She was upset because her pretty ballerina swim suit was wet. She doesn't like to be wet at all! I left Dawson with his Auntie and took Sophie over to the water. I sat down in it and explained to her that swimsuits were supposed to get wet. That we wear swimsuits instead of clothes. She understood and sat next to me. We went down a little slide and after that we couldn't get her out of the water. She played with Camry and K'Leigh the whole day. She was so tired around 4:30 she came and layed down on my lap and feel asleep. Dawson put his toes in the water but spent most of the day under the umbrella playing with Dylan and Brielle. We had lots of fun!

Grandma Webb's 90th Birthday...
My cute Grandma turned 90 today! We went out to lunch with a whole bunch of girls in our family. It was really fun! Some of them I don't get to see very often. That night we had her over to my parents for dinner. She really loves to go cook hot dogs in the canyons, it was a little too cold so we improvised. We had another camp fire in their backyard. We cooked hot dogs and roasted marshmallows. We had a cake and it was perfect! I love her and I am so grateful for the time I have been able to spend with her. She is an amazing woman and such an example to me. I Love you Grandma!

photo shoot...
In order to get some pictures for Corey's Father's Day gift, I had a couple of mini photo shoots with the babes. What an adventure. I think the individuals turned out so cute! The ones of the two of them together are cute, it was so hard to get them to both look at the camera at the same time. It was fun, I am so excited for Corey's present it is going to be so great!
