Valentine's Party...

We were invited to a little Valentine's Party with Melissa and Canyon. The kids made little bags for their treats then, they passed out their valentines. They both had so much fun opening the bags they got. Dawson thought he was so cool hanging out with the big kids. We went over to Melissa's after to eat lunch and play. That evening, we took the kids to Lehi and Autumn watched them while we went on our Valentine's date. We ate at Cafe Trang. It was fun to be by ourselves for a minute.

random thoughts...

We love strawberry shortcake at our house right now. I love this girl so much. We spent an entire afternoon playing with her toys. It was so much fun. Then we set up a movie theater and watched the Strawberry shortcake movie. This a girl who LOVES to play. I love that about her. She has such a great imagination!
We opened a bag of gold fish the other day and this is what we found... I didn't know they were made like that.

Love this boy! We went to his 1 year well child. He weighs 22 pounds and 30 inches long. He got his shots and cried, they gave him a sucker. It calmed him right down. When we got to the car he had started biting pieces off, so afraid of him choking I took it away. He cried harder when I took it away than he did when he got 3 shots.

Dawson's Birthday Party...

Dawson's Party was a lot of fun. I based it on the Hungry Caterpillar. We invited family and friends over for dinner. We ate Hamburgers and Hot dogs. We opened presents had a pinata and ate cake. He was funny with his cake. He didn't really want to touch it. It took him a few minutes and even then he only had a few bites. He loved all of his gifts. I can't believe my boy is 1!
